The fashion mafia came out in force last week when Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen, one of the leading luxury jewelry brands in Scandinavia, opened their flagship store at Hamngatan 11 in central Stockholm. Ole Lynggaard Copenhagen was established in 1963 by goldsmith Ole Lynggaard, who, after having studied and worked in Germany, Paris, New York, San Francisco and Japan, came back to Denmark and bought a small workshop.

“It is a dream for us to open a boutique in Stockholm. We have focused on exclusivity in terms of both the interior design and product selection,” said
Sören Lynggaard, the company’s CEO and son of the founder.

Charlotte Lynggaard, a goldsmith and designer like her father Ole, joined the company in 1992. To celebrate the store opening in the Swedish capital, Charlotte designed the colorful “Gypsy Collection.” The collection contains gems from many parts of the world, from Thailand, India, Italy and Africa. The prices of the jewelry range from 1,000 crowns to half a million. Photos of guests at the opening: Haddy Foon
